Dear Eddie, We have no record of you having viewed a property through us or you having used our services. I'm not sure you have reviewed the correct business. Can I ask that you contact the office as I would love to talk to you to make sure this is the case or assist you if we can. Many thanks, Sarah

Maria · 14 June 2023

Agent replied · 13 June 2024

Dear Maria, I’m sorry to see you’ve given us a 1 star review because you failed your rental referencing checks. We do these checks to protect our landlords and have no control over the results of a failed credit score, this is down to you I’m afraid. We have provided an excellent service to our Landlord, and I am sorry this means you have not been able to rent a property you liked. We wish you luck finding a home. Sarah
