I have sold bought through the girls at haart three times now and each time they provide an excellent service. Tracey Nikki Nicole and Rachel are lovely girls I bring in cakes on a regular basis and they call me papa! They wave everytime I am outside the office in the car. The girls don't just sell houses they have a very personal approach and we feel they really care for their customers. I would always reccomend them to my friends and family.

A thoroughly impressive service from start to finish. The valuer was confident of selling the property quickly at the price she suggested, and she was absolutely correct. Throughout we have been kept fully informed on at least a weekly basis regarding the progress of the sale. All the staff we have dealt with have been polite, friendly, helpful and above all professional. If we ever needed an Estate Agent in Grantham again we would go straight to Haart's. Well done!

Between them Nicole and Nikki at Haart Estate Agents in Grantham did an outstanding job for us as buyers not sellers of a property. They were very much on the ball and up to date on the latest status regarding the various conveyancing hurdles you have to go through. They also put us in contact with an excellent mortgage broker, Jane Haskell at Justmortgages who found just the right mortgage to suit our particular circumstances. Great job done ladies.

So I bought my first house through haart in Grantham. I sold this and bought my second house via haart too. I bought my third house through haart. My first house was sold in three days before it had even been put online. Great service and very friendly and knowledgable staff. I won't use any other estate agency and if I ever move again I will use them again. Highly reccomended and competitive rates too. Thanks ladies :)

Tracey Nicholls, the branch manager is such a lovely friendly person, but very professional at the same time. She has been so helpful and has always explained everything in detail making all transactions so easy to deal with. Leanne Ricketts arrived a little late as a previous appointment overran but kept us informed of the delay. When she arrived she explained about Haart and then did a speedy appraisal of our home. She explained the local market, how our home compared with similar sales and offers in our area before reaching a valuation that was very close to our own guess. I would certainly recommend considering Haart's when marketing your home.
