Having been a tenant with EMPM for just over 16 years we would highly recommend. They looked after us very well. If there were any issues they were dealt with very quickly and professionally. Yearly checks were carried out and we built up a good relationship with Melanie Bowen. Nothing was too much trouble and we had every confidence in them.

I have rented a property through EMPM Grantham for 10 years and the experience has been brilliant. The team are great - professional, friendly and responsive. Any questions or concerns were dealt with rapidly; any work needing doing just happened. A shame they don't cover the area I am moving to!

Absolutely disgusted that you can rent out flats with the problems they have. You know what trouble we had. You know none of the work had been done and you still rent it out. Good luck to the new tenant you will need it with all the problems that the property comes with.
