Having enquired about a bungalow and being told they can't discriminate as I am on disability benefits they used the route of you need a guarantor so it's still discrimination at its finest they will continue to use that excuse it's so wrong

After spending 40 years living in Canada I returned to the U.K. in September, 2018 and had multiple obstacles to deal with in finding a rented residence, setting up a bank account, etc. The kindly advice I received from the staff at EMPM in Newark was very helpful and much appreciated. They found me a superb secluded ground floor flat in which I feel privileged to reside and I heartily recommend their excellent ongoing service.

They do their utmost to help resolve any issues with the property and are always very calm and considerate when chatting through issues and really make you feel that you are taken care of. What a fantastic team they are at this agency. I have been a tenant of EMPM for the last 17 years. I cannot fault them in any way. The service I have received from them whenever I have had an issue was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble & everything was dealt with promptly & satisfactorily. They really are an amazing team & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. We have now purchased our home but would more than happily have stayed a tenant with them if were in that position. To have received an email today thanking us for being a good tenant is testament to the personal touch they provide. I can only say thank you all so much for everything you have done for us over the years.

Totally reliable, EMPM have managed my rental properties for many years. I soon found that every issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. There was no such thing as a "problem ". They should be running the country.

GoogleThis company double booked one of its properties for rent, after taking all deposits and fees from ourselves to tell us 3 working days before the move in date (which was confirmed by EMPM) that we are in fact unable to move into the property as they had given it to someone else. When complaining to staff, they insinuated I was lying but had a voicemail as evidence, will be perusing this further. Do not deal with this company!

This letting agents is the worst. I was booked to view a semi detached property but it was an end terraced property. I arrived early to find it was a mess with beer cans all over the floor. Socks stuffed in hols of an open shed. Masses of litter all over the outside. I looked in the living room window to see the feature fireplace on the add was no longer there but just a board with tape around it. It was a pure mess and an insult. The letting agent told me she had not been to the property yet. I cancelled my booking.

EMPM Ltd have been one of the best Letting Agents I have dealt with. Totally professional and always helpful. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and their response time to all emails was same day. When I required maintenance issues sorted out, they were done very quickly and with minimal disruption. Upon moving out I was given all the relevant information without delay and was very clear on what was expected of me when vacating. The deposit system changed during my let and again I was given clear and concise advice on what steps to take to have my deposit returned. I am sorry that I couldn't find another property managed by this letting agency.

GoogleEast Midland Property Maintenance have been a pleasure to rent from. Any issues or concerns within the property during my tenancy have been dealt with promptly and resolved without hesitation. The property itself when moving in was up to a refreshingly high standard for a rental property, much to do with I'm sure the efficient running and maintenance the letting agency carries out on its properties. Fab agency with a great team behind it!!

Yesterday (7/9/20), I replied to a routine email from EMPM concerning office hours, and took the opportunity to sound the agent about the likelihood of my landlord's agreeing to expenditure on a new shower. I received a courteous reply from the (lady) manager in a couple of hours, in which she promised to speak to my landlord, and also offered advice and encouragement concerning the garden area.
