GoogleDreadful service, I had explained at 9am I needed to discuss with partner and said she finished work at 1 today and we would have sorted and paid the holding deposit by 3. At 1.20 our application was cancelled and we were not even informed of this and unable to use a link sent. I emailed immediately and have had no response.

Dear Richie, Thank you for your review. Whilst we appreciate your frustration, as explained at your viewing, we do not hold any of our rental properties without a potential tenant paying a refundable holding fee. You were sent the application yesterday and failed to pay the holding fee. We chased you this morning and you advised us that you wished to consult your partner prior to paying and filling out the application. As we carried out 15 other viewings at the property and had numerous other tenants wishing to make an application, at 1.20pm today, as we had not heard back from you, your digital application form expired and another tenant was offered the property. Had you made the application and paid the holding fee at any point between your viewing at 2.35pm yesterday and 1.20pm today the property would have been reserved for you. In the current market, with a lack of rental properties in Grantham we urge all potential tenants to act swiftly or they risk losing their future home. If you contact Sarah or Kristie in our office, it may be possible to find you an alternate property. We wish you good luck with your house hunting.
