Alex, we are very sorry to receive your 1 star rating. I understand you spoke with my colleague as unfortunately the property you had booked a viewing for had subsequently let and therefore the viewing was cancelled. We have a high volume of booked viewings but if the Landlord decides to accept an application, then unfortunately we do have to proceed with cancelling all other viewings booked. You will remain on our database to be notified immediately of any changes with the property and new properties coming available. We very hope much we can assist you with finding a suitable property.
