Absolutely fantastic friendly service from the Gosport Branch of Beals. Saskia worked so hard to get me in to view a property on the day I requested, even though it wasn't straightforward. Her professional conduct was also outstanding and whilst viewing, Saskia quietly stood back to let me look around which so may agents don't. It gives the viewer time to consider and think which is paramount. Brilliant service also from Adam and Tracey (Mortgage Advisor) and the In House Solicitors too. Can't recommend Beals enough

A total shower. Paid for a full lettings service and had an inventory that neglected most of the damage left because could not be bothered to get the quotes or submit them to the TDS. Lied to tenants regarding white goods being left and contractual obligations. These people lie to get your business then they don't care.Don't be fooled by these trumped up statistics. They do it regularly.Beals now want to speak to me directly because of my review but they couldn't be bothered when I kept trying to talk to them for 3years. What's the matter, can't you identify which customer? Speaks volumes. Beals have tried to get my review removed saying I was not a customer even though I sent them my email to contact me to discuss their behaviour. I have had to send evidence to Trust Pilot Content Integrity to confirm that I am a customer and they have put my review back on line. Bet Beals don't do this to their friends and family reviews.

I rented a property through Beals. I had moved in and had some issues, the property management team were rude and uninterested. Always taking the landlords side. Took four months to fix a leaking bath (leaking through ceiling) and when I complained about mould nothing was done, not to mention when I had sewage coming up from outside manhole and I was told it was my problem. Anyway I moved out, left the property in excellent condition and after being fobbed off for my deposit return I have had to go through a dispute service with TDS as Beals decided to ignore my emails and calls requesting my deposit. Beals then ignored all correspondence from TDS and three months after Moving out TDS have returned my full deposit to me - My warning to anyone reading this - do not rent through Beals however nice they are at viewings, whatever promises they make - it’s all lies to get your money and contract once your in they don’t care less!

Several offers were made within a couple of weeks and we accepted one close to the asking price. Alan guided us through the procedure and kept in touch at least once a week, progress chasing the buyers and their solicitors and us and our solicitors. Despite a few delays, contracts were exchanged after about 12 weeks with completion due a few days later. Very satisfied with the service provided by Beal's

We have been dealing with the Gosport Office regarding both a sale and let of 2 properties. They have been extremely professional keeping us regularly updated on an almost daily basis with feedback and progress on both. They are aware and sympathetic to our worries in the current climate and have done everything possible to provide reassurance. Whenever entering the office the vibrancy, knowledge and enthusiasm of the whole "team" is very evident under the leadership of both Adriana (lettings) and Adam (sales) who work seamlessly across both activities. They certainly create an atmosphere of things being in safe hands and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done to you all!

ThE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The worst state agency you can deal with. They said the property is fully managed by their side . Whenever i call about repairs they deny repsonibility. They handed us the property in a terrible unclean condition. They made us pay money in order to get the property suitable for humans!)And the worst is their phone customer service , they dun give you answers , they try to hang up the phone when i am still asking questions !! all i get when i call them is a silly(thank you for calling byyye) And they ignore emails! Your rights are not protected with them unless you have the time and money to sue them.

As first time landlords, we were a little wary of renting our home and heading off to wander around Europe in our motorhome. As it turned out, we could not have been in better hands than those of Maxine Faulkner. She has been nothing less than a guardian angel to us, looking after us during our travels and latterly during our Covid19 isolation in our van back in the UK. Whatever the query or problem, she has always been approachable, friendly and hugely efficient at finding the solution. She is always half pint full and has also proactively helped and advised us on matters outside of her immediate remit of maintenance. She keeps us in the loop, even if means contacting us after hours. We will always be grateful to her. Note to Beals: Whatever you are paying Maxine, it is nowhere near enough!

During these times I was looking for a house my me and my child to move into, what I wasn’t expecting was the help and support I received from the team and especially luenna-Jane van Heerden, she has not only been so understanding on the delay on my part due to personal situations however also quick to respond and help out any and all queries I had. Giving me all options and helping me to the fullest. Going through this with luenna has given me a lot of confidence with the team who I’m letting with and knowing I have the support there is very comforting.

We have had no positive reviews for beals at all!!! No communication whatsoever and back and forth with who is dealing with our issues!!! We own a property and get nothing but trouble from neighbours and we have asked beals to deal with it as it is out of our control and all we get is the office could have dealt with it! What on earth do we pay them for, just rude and let down as a property management!
