I am delighted to report on the very professional way in which Beals, Gosport, Sales Team lead by Adam Glee, have dealt with the sale of our Elson property. The sale is due to complete on the 1 October 2021, and from the production of the Sales Particulars to showing potential buyers around the property and agreeing terms, every aspect has been handled extremely well. In addition to Adam's friendly and professional approach, I would mention the support of Katie Jukes in the Sales Department and help from Jessica Bishop in Letting. Thank you to the entire team!

Started looking at potentially buying a property however wasn’t sure on where to start. Tried using Google and read articles etc however I wasn’t finding it helpful. I like local to park gate so though I might aswell call up a local estate agents and see if anyone could give advice and have a chat about it. Spoke to a lady called Lauren who was very knowledgeable and friendly, she explained how everything works when buying a property and even suggested a few properties to look at on the website! However circumstances have changed and I won’t be buying at this current time, however when I do I’ll be heading to beals! Thank you for all the help!

Trustpilot5 months & £1,500 wasted! Le Marechal, Bursledon
We were due to exchange on our purchase of the 3 bed detached property in Le Marechal Avenue, Bursledon this week. However, after 5 months of waiting and after spending thousands of pounds on searches, enquiry and mortgage fees, the vendor has now decided to increase the price by £15,000. Beals phoned me yesterday to tell me the news and after telling the agent we could not afford the increase, they decided to put it back on the market immediately. It is extremely unethical of Beals to continue to collaborate with this vendor after they completely messed up our sale and purchase just weeks before we were due to move. We have financially and emotionally suffered because of this vendor and I am utterly flabbergasted that Beals are encouraging this sort of behaviour. Incredibly poor service, unreliable, unethical and untrustworthy. The property has already fallen through twice and the vendor has increased the price both times. I wouldn’t recommend viewing or putting an offer on this property because it is reasonably foreseeable that the same thing will happen again.
