Davis Tate have been amazing, from letting us a property 2 years ago, through the tenancy, and then buying our own property with them . From check in to check out, and buying through to completion. They are friendly, helpful, informative and so very easy to talk to and ask those questions you need to ask. The entire staff are amazing , and I would really recommend them , but in particular my thanks go out to Matt, Sallie and Tanya for going above and beyond with their care, due diligence and support. Had to contact James Elliot as MD directly but refusing to provide a written reply after 2 months since initial email to him and 3 months since complaint raised.
