GoogleNever got one viewing so we have taken it of the market .
Agent replied · 6 July 2023
Hi Pauline, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really sorry you didn't get the interest that you had hoped for on your property. We feel confident that we provided you with the right marketing and price advice that you needed in order to attract potential buyers; however, as we agreed to market the property at a higher asking price, per your request, we believe this is the reason for the lack of viewings. We are always on hand to discuss and we're happy to provide you with further advice and the insight that you need in order to market your home effectively. Do feel free to come back to us should you wish to review the situation. Wishing you all the best, The Jacobs Steel Team
