Outstanding service recieved from goole your move team, after just wanting a valuation we quickly had elliot r valuing our home. We quickly realised the value was more than we thought and asked for the house to be placed on the market. Day one of advertising fetched the first potential buyer wanting to view. Day 3 a buyer put in an offer. Right move dealt with solicitors photographers etc and during the times where covid has restricted face to face contact the solicitors was also Outstanding and constantly updating us on progress but also their to help assist in making the sale go through at ease. Right move also assisted in securing the property we bought and got a very good price for it for us so we thank Karen and mel for their hardworking and dedication in these difficult times. We will be forever grateful to rightmove after ten years of talking about sellinv to we finally took the plunge and could not of asked for a better new home and company to assist. The result was that we sold our house within 3 day's and we managed to secure a property that we really liked. We have recently bought a house that was up for sale with Your Move Goole. The service from this estate agent, in particular from Mel, was fantastic. I've not received such good customer service in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble, and all staff were polite, friendly and responsive. Communication was excellent and despite a few bumps along the road (that were not the fault of Your Move in any way), we were well supported up until we got our keys and even afterwards. Your move sold my house within a couple of hours! No big sales pitches, no hidden catches, just straight and honest. The fees charged are fair and in my opinion Your Move are worth every penny! Elliot and Mel were excellent! Completely faultless! They were always professional, efficient, highly knowledgeable and thorough.
