We live in another country so we are fully reliant on Mandy D-Orta at Hamptons for everything to do with our property. This takes a great deal of trust in the team supporting us and she has been incredibly responsive, competent and she has gone out of her way to support us. Our home is over 100 years old so it takes extra care and they have never let us down. We would recommend their services highly.

A company in decline. Once good, now dismal. As a landlord I'm better off with Google than dealing with their property management team. My local lettings team has changed out completely and are now ringing me to ask if they can market a property they have already had on their books for a number of years. Amateur hour.

We have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons in Horsham for acting as our agents in our recent house sale. Their staff went above and beyond the service we would have expected, especially when problems arose, and they were very proactive in pushing forward when the solicitors were dragging their feet, despite time constraints. We would certainly use them again!

Recently had maintenance issues with our property and got in touch with Hampton as our rental property managers. They were professional and understanding and had the issues resolved in just a few hours. I have been a tenant with other estate agents previously and can guarantee that they would not have been half as good as the staff at Hampton's. Honourable mention should go to Lucy Pickles who did a great job solve our problems and keeping us informed throughout the process.

The team at Hamptons in Godalming worked really hard to help me sell my house. No question was too stupid, no job was too small, no buyer was ignored. Jake Chandler helped to understand what I needed to do for a successful sale. Jason Harvey followed through with potential buyers and gave them so much support. Pippa, who did the viewings, and Emma, who managed all the admin, were wonderful. Thank you so much, guys, and I can totally recommend you.

GoogleFrom the very start of this sale, which was probate so slightly different from your average house sale, we received great service from the Team at Hamptons in Godalming. A lot of hard work and support was given to get the best sale for us. The professional but friendly approach and attention to detail was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Yes, Hamptons and Mandy Dorta in particular is a fantastic company and the people are so kind working there. I bought my property through them and rented it out through them too because I was so impressed by the team. Nowadays service is something that seems to have gone out the window but not with Hamptons. I could not recommend them more highly.

I was a tenant for one of the properties that they manage. During my tenancy, I had so many issues with them ; not responded emails, no proper inspection, no proper cleaning, keeping deposit payments not secured until they get warned, house issues not taken care of.... They literally do not care about how do they serve to their clients.

We have been renting with Hamptons for nearly 2 years , me and my partner have been renting privately for over 10 years together and so far I would happily say that renting through Hamptons has been our best experience renting . We are good tenants and take pride in any place we have lived in , we feel Hamptons really value us and take us seriously, which in the past other agencies have not . They are very efficient and very good at getting repair or issues fixed quickly , our most recent issue was with our boiler , the issue happened late in the evening , and although we couldn’t get an emergency plumber out , David our property manager got someone out and fixed the issue first thing the next morning . Things like this can cause a lot of anxiety for people , so it’s great to know that they move so quickly.

Whenever I’ve had an issue it has been reviewed and generally the problem has been rectified. The app does appear to be temperamental at times making it impossible to log an issue, but this soon rectified itself. On occasion, when the problem has been with the company who manage the building, I’ve been directed to inform them myself. I do not see this as my job as Hamptons are being paid to manage my property and should deal with all my queries. It is not my fault there are 2 companies involved.

My Hamptons property manager - Shahena Ali - is always accessible and extremely professional in her communication. Moreover, she perseveres to find a solution in case a problem comes up or at a minimum always ensures that I'm always updated on critical matters while patiently working with my tenants, outside contractors or her internal colleagues to address the matter on hand.
