Communication during aftercare is embarrassing and shambolic. The house is absolutely fantastic but getting a response from the SW Customer Service team is impossible; I have been chasing issues for over a year now and still cannot get a simple response to a genuine enquiry. Based on the home we got St Modwen are fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. Based on the aftercare I would advise caution and steer well clear entirely.

There are far too many issues to write a review on. I will however say my overall experience with them has been extremely poor! From communication, being lied to by the interim head of customer services, rudeness, not taking responsibility for things and the time frame in which to resolve things, even living in a pandemic! My experience has been that upsetting I will sell up and never buy another St Modwen home!

Customer after care was non existent. Sold a home on an estate with woodland and Greenway walks only to find they now intend to remove 50% of that woodland to build 350 houses. Beware if buying a new home with countryside or greens pace nearby. If St Modwen own it. They probably have plans to build on it. Their PR team suggest removing the woodland is a positive thing. Essentially sold a lifestyle lie.

Myself and my partner moved to Bramshall Meadows Uttoxeter St Modwens. We chose to buy a kea on the estate and we have nothing but praise for them, our house is absolutely beautiful and any problems they sort it straight away! Personally we couldn’t recommend them enough based on our own experience. Everyone we’ve contacted have been super friendly and helpful from sales to site staff to customer care. Thank you St Modwens 😊🏡
