We recently sold our house with Sage and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the entire experience. Becky truly stood out from other local agents right from the start, offering honest, genuine advice and support. It truly felt that Becky was invested in our house move offering a fresh, strategic perspective tailored specifically to our property and personal cirumstances. She was considerate of our young family, organizing house visits efficiently around us.(She even had the kindness and thoughtfulness to ask if she needed let our dog out on visits). Becky's attention to detail was exceptional. She ensured the listing photographs and descriptions were perfect, which made our property stand out from other listings. Becky's communication throughout was fantastic. We were kept fully informed at every stage, calls/ emails were returned quickly, and updates were always proactive, clear, and reassuring. Becky was the agent for my move to Dursley 3 years ago when my husband was terminally ill. What should have been a straightforward move was fraught with problems but Becky handled the process throughout with patience and sensitivity. She also went above and beyond to find a suitable short-term let locally when our completion was delayed, to enable our purchasers to proceed as planned so the chain did not fail. When the time came for me to move on again recently , I went straight to Becky. I would not have used anyone else. The buyers she quickly found needed a 6 week exchange and Becky ensured it all happened within the time-frame without any stress whatsoever. Having just completed on the sale of our house and moved into our new home, we can't recommend Sage Residential more highly. We'd been on the market with two other agents and weren't really pleased with how things were being handled. We hadn't received a single offer (admittedly the whole market was quiet as a mouse) so we decided maybe third time would be the charm and the experience with Becky was SO much better. We felt she was trustworthy, there was no BS, and she is genuinely invested in selling and for the best price possible. Once we sold, there were several hiccups with our buyer which was hugely stressful for me but Becky navigated it all with care and managed to hold things together, ultimately resulting in completion.
