Using Hills to sell our property was a refreshing experience. From the outset, Dominic was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable about the local market. His valuation was spot on. This, and the excellent quality of the sales brochure / online material, ensured a quick sale initially. When this fell through, due to circumstances that nobody foresaw, Dominic, Venetia and the team were extremely supportive and quick to re- market. When we finally had a sale that was going through, Venetia 's communication with both buyers, sellers and respective solicitors ensured a very quick completion. I highly recommend the whole team.

I can’t recommend Dom and the team at Hills enough, sourcing and going beyond what was expected to secure the Unit for my new business. Our experience with Hills was brilliant. We initially sold our property and a few days before completion, I experienced a cardiac arrest which meant we had withdraw from the sale. Hills were wonderfully understanding, they were symptomatic and did all the communicating with the other side. After a period of convalescence we resisted and again another buyer was found. All aspects of the process were managed with efficiency and professionalism. Having bought and sold 8 properties, I would not hesitate to say Hills have been the best agent used.

Hills have been professional, genuinely helpful, and warm from the very beginning. Every interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring. By the end of that week my cottage in Newnham was on the market so I was one of his first clients. I was very impressed with the way he presented the details of the cottage, using a small drone to take the aerial photos which made a huge difference to the overall presentation. I had a lot of viewings and the cottage sold within weeks. His attention to detail is amazing and he never forgets anything! As the sale proceeded, Dominic and Venetia both kept me up to date with details coming in from my buyer which was really helpful as solicitors can be a bit sparse on information at times! Not only were they helpful on the sale side but they also helped as much as they could with my purchase which was outside the area.
