I have just sold my property through Aroha. I was fortunate to have an extremely proactive buyer and the transaction was completed in six weeks. The team at Aroha were excellent from start to finish, thoroughly professional yet really friendly and helpful. The marketing of the property was very accomplished and I felt that in comparison to other agents they offered a more attractive package at a very competitive cost. There were no complications but with any queries I found them extremely helpful getting clarity from my buyer quickly. The majority of my dealings were with Scott and Lucy and then Georgia as the sale progressed. However, whoever I dealt with from the team was great. Christina and her team do a fantastic job of managing my property rental. They helped me to find the perfect tenants and they carry out regular inspections so I have full peace of mind and I know that my property is being taken care of. I honestly cannot recommend Aroha enough, we bought our new home through them and what a process is was. Through months of delays and solicitor hold ups, they managed our seller’s frustrations when our sale got held up, and even got involved in our sale that was being handled with another agent. This ultimately managed to get us to a point of exchange. If I could go back I would 100% have used Aroha with my sale, and I genuinely believe we wouldn’t be in our house today if it wasn’t for the team!!

Aroha have sold a 2nd property of ours and have been 1st class throughout. Scotts valuation was friendly, informative and he was knowledgeable of local market. The marketing was top of the range and viewings came in quickly! Communication was regular with viewing feedback and general market trends.
