You want a company that harass you, don't properly protect your deposit, fail to have an eicr for years and don't fix anything, well look no further. Just avoid at all costs as I am now seeking legal advise because of my situation with them.

GoogleI was very impressed by both Ellie and Rebecca who came to give me a valuation of my home with the view of either selling or letting. They were both very informative, friendly and explained the process they follow to either sell or let the house in detail. Both followed up with me within hours of visiting and both had double checked it was ok to still come over before turning up. Compared to other estate agents who had been invited over the same day, Ellie and Rebecca from Move both stood out to me as the more efficient, reliable and well briefed agents and I won’t be hesitating to use Move to either sell or let our home in the future once we’ve decided which route to take.

FacebookMove have sold my house twice. The first experience in 2016 was faultless, hence why I used them again this year. Sadly, I had a totally different experience this time and wouldn’t use them again. The service has nose dived - you had to continually chase for updates, they are expensive and there was zero personal touch.

Everyone that we came into contact with in the business was first class. Within a matter of weeks they had found a buyer and the team then helpfully guided us through the rest of the process and kept us fully informed. We would highly recommend anybody looking to sell or buy a property to use Move.

GoogleMy husband and I do not live in the Gloucester area but, when we were ready to put my mother-in-law's apartment up for sale, we were recommended to use Move. We were very impressed with the photos taken and found Simon and Rebecca in Gloucester branch to be extremely helpful in finding us a buyer. It has all gone through very quickly and smoothly - Chloe and Ailsa at Worcester branch dealt with the sales progression and regularly kept us informed. We would certainly recommend Move to any prospective seller/buyer in the Gloucester/Worcester area with their professional pleasant staff.
