GoogleThe team at Michael Tuck did a great job in selling our house, right from the valuation with Andy, to the viewings with Chloe and to Tony pushing the sale through. Michael Tuck were always very responsive to calls and emails, which really helped to give us confidence that things were progressing. Tony did a brilliant job coordinating through the different parties involved with our house sale, really helping to keep things moving and get them over the line. GoogleWe have been tenants with Michael Tuck, the Abbeymead office, for 12 years now. We moved from one of their properties to another this weekend. They are excellent. We couldn't have found anywhere as suitable as fast without Kurt's incredible support. All paperwork was sorted efficiently, with exceptional coordination from Heather. Any difficulties throughout our tenancy are always handled quickly and with understanding for both tenants and property owners. I cannot recommend them highly enough and having rented multiple properties since my student days, and been a property owner dealing with a different rental agency in the past - they are hands down the best agency I have ever come across by a long way.

I left both an email (as soon as a property was listed in the evening as I knew they'd be closed) as well as rang multiple times the next day and left a voice message enquiring about the property. My friend also rang separately, who is property searching with myself (also left messages) when she finally got through to someone another day later (who needs to improve their telephone manner) they said the property was fully booked for viewings. And yet they haven't even bothered to return a call or email to me to let me know myself know. This is common courtesy and needs to be improved...So this is just a review to say PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR ENQUIRIES IN FUTURE, it takes two seconds. GoogleTerrible communicating, no feedback, no answer to voicemails. Not adhering to agreed plan. House didn't even show up on search, which may explain one viewing in two months. Arranging non qualifying viewer. Fees 25% more than other estate agents. Complete waste of two months. Came back with,, it's too expensive, well it was their valuation. Poor experience
