I left both an email (as soon as a property was listed in the evening as I knew they'd be closed) as well as rang multiple times the next day and left a voice message enquiring about the property. My friend also rang separately, who is property searching with myself (also left messages) when she finally got through to someone another day later (who needs to improve their telephone manner) they said the property was fully booked for viewings. And yet they haven't even bothered to return a call or email to me to let me know myself know. This is common courtesy and needs to be improved...So this is just a review to say PLEASE RESPOND TO YOUR ENQUIRIES IN FUTURE, it takes two seconds. Arranging non qualifying viewer. Fees 25% more than other estate agents. Complete waste of two months. Came back with,, it's too expensive, well it was their valuation.
