The whole team have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our property.The team had great local knowledge relating to current house prices.The initial sales team provided a prompt and professional service and arranged block viewings of the property due to the demand to allow an easy process with minimal disruption to our daily family life.At the time of accepting an offer the process went to the teams move manager, Geraldine Marsden.Geraldine provided an exceptional service and took away the stress of chasing up solicitors along with ensuring the sales process went as smooth as possible. I believe that if it was not for Geraldine’s commitment to provide this high level of service we would still be going through the sales process and with a lot more added pressure and stress.Throughout this Geraldine provided us with full updates ensuring we were never unaware of the progression of our sale.I highly recommend Ryder and Dutton as an estate agent for selling a property.

GoogleTried 2 days to book an appointment to view a property. Got back to me to say they are not taking any more bookings. The owner is getting back to them today to decide on the offers already made. They will keep me on their books for future ‘suitable’ properties. Read my information, I stated ‘do not contact me in any way other than for this property’. I have friends booked in to view that same property tomorrow. What a waste of their time. Disgraceful. I don’t like the way they do business. They have acted like this previously when I have tried to do business with them. In future I’ll have nothing to do with them.
I am sorry you feel this way, we are acting on the instructions of our client. We had already received offers in excess of the asking price and they wanted to cancel any further viewings and make a decision straight away. It would be remis of us not to follow our clients instruction I am sure you will agree.

Mustafa Ahmad carried out the 12week landlord inspection for my property. He was thorough and sent a very informative report, with plenty of detailed photos. Only one criticism I have, is that I had to remind the main office myself that the report was overdue, but that isn't a negative towards Mustafa. He gave good, useful advice to the tenant.

TrustpilotSubstitute Estate Agents shocked us on the first afternoon!
R&D were our replacement estate agents. We initially instructed another local agent and switched to R&D after having our property on the market for 3 whole months with them securing only a single viewing in that whole period! We switched to R&D and were pleasantly surprised that on the first afternoon of the listing going live, they had secured 6 viewings and also had an offer for us!! It was a massive contrast. Once we had accepted an offer, Emmy provide a flawless service, dealing with the sales process alongside our conveyancer. Highly recommend and would certainly use again if needed.
