Very happy with the whole process of letting our property through Ryder and Dutton. Leann was informative, helpful and professional during our initial meeting. She explained through the different managing options. She remained contactable throughout. The rest of the team has also dealt with other issues really well so far. Definitely recommend and would happily use their services again.

TrustpilotA good experience overall
A good experience overall. The initial stages to get to advert were a little slow, we had to wait a couple of weeks for photos to be taken etc. The handling of the sale was really good. We were supported by Bryony who unfortunately had to massively compensate for the poor quality of solicitors but did so really effectively.

Ryder & Dutton Royton were super helpful throughout the entire process of buying our house in Royton. Jade assisted us and was always only a phone call away to help us with whatever we needed. We’re first time buyers and she really helped us with what to expect next, and gave us some really good expertise advice. Thanks Jade!
