Simply the best!!

Having had the property on the market with another estate agency and receiving very few viewings, we decided to re list the property with Ryder and Dutton. In this day and age you tend to think that if people want to view a property they use Rightmove...... Wrong. Ryder and Dutton are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Their service is second to none and their database of potential buyers speaks volumes. Amber was brilliant from day one and Alice advised on what would make the property more appealing. In the first week alone we had more viewings than in the previous 4 months with our last estate agents. The property has now been sold for the full asking price and I would 100% recommend Ryder and Dutton. The cheapest is not always the best option. You truly do get what you pay for when you use the best. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team at Ashton branch.

Such an easy process buying through R&D. Think twice before choosing your agent

I have been actively persued by Michaela Hewson to write this review (at least 3 times!)....I was reluctant to write one as I have nothing nice to say about her, hence my reluctance to write one...and I'm not the only customer that feels this way about her. I feel her communication style needs working on and she doesn't appear to act neutral in her dealings, I asked her manager, Oliver White if someone else could deal with my case, he wasn't supportive at all towards me and ignored my request, he doesn't want to know you once he's signed you up although he says at the time, any problems get in touch with me...on the other hand I cannot thank Jenny Boyle enough and Jade Pass was also very helpful and polite. I went with R & D because they control the market and buyers look at their website first (in my opinion), I must point out that you don't have to pay their large costs ...you can negotiate your costs. I do not want a reply from R & D thank you very much...enough has already been said....😞I woud like to thank Jenny Boyle and Jade Pass for all their help.

Had to share the experience we have had using Ryder Dutton in Glossop. The way Ryder Dutton and specifically Ryan have handled my sale ( and purchase, and the whole chain for that matter ) has been nothing short of exceptional - and you don't get a lot of that nowadays, I don't use these words lightly. Ryan has been an absolute star, chasing all parties and honestly, without his work on this sale it would never have happened due to issues with communications between solicitors as it was a big chain and it wasn't a simple purchase. Right from the negotiations from the offers we had on our property and bid process all the way through to getting us to exchange Ryan has managed and chased this every day - above and beyond what is required of any estate agent. I would like to go on record to commend the service we received from Ryder & Dutton's team in Glossop. We live in Ireland and decided to sell our house in Glossop late last 2021. It's said selling a house is one of the most stressful things one undertakes in their lifetime, never mind doing it from overseas. Ryan Jackson went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. It was very refreshing to meet a sales professional who over delivered on everything he promised. We found him responsive, professional, level headed and an extremely likeable young man (even though he is a blue..😂🤣). In truth Ryan ran held the deal together at times and ensured it's completion. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend him and your company. Looking forward to a red revival next year Ryan!!! Thanks for everything you and your team did for us. I can't praise the staff at Ryder & Dutton in Glossop highly enough, especially Ryan who was an absolute star throughout our sale. What an incredibly lovely guy and a credit to the company! We had a lot of hurdles to get over during the process, but Ryan kept us informed at every step of the way. He worked hard to ensure that both ourselves and the purchasers were all very happy with the outcome of these problems. Ryan is very professional but by the end of the sale we felt like we had made a friend and if we should ever find ourselves selling another house again we wouldn't hesitate for a second to use these guys again! We didn't instruct Ryder & Dutton to act for us but they acted for our sellers and we definitely would have had them represent us! From the outset despite not acting for us Ryan was so friendly and kept us up to date with the whole chain regularly.
