Alan is a top professional and his team are all fantastic at what they do, even in a sale which had hurdles the team helped the sale through with ease. If you are looking to sell, Alan and his team will definitely get the job done.

Couldn't have asked for more when purchasing our home. Estate agent, Michael went out of his way on more than one occasion- arranging out of hours viewings to work around our work commitments, etc. Company as a whole was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. 5 star service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Thankyou Allan England and his team for making my selling experience seamless and stressfree. First for Homes came highly recomended by my solicitor and various others that had nothing but good things to say about this company. 9 weeks from signing up to completion. I recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

These guys were not actually my own agents, they were the agents of the seller, but due to the professionalism and help of Allan during the house viewing, and subsequent purchase ...followed by help above and beyond the call from Suzanne to get the sale over the line, they definitely get 5 stars from me. Excellent service

Not actually used this company, but our dealings with the company were excellent. When we viewed houses they knew about the house and the areas. They sent email shots of houses we had let them know we were interested in buying. If we were living in the area we would definitely use First for homes to sell our house. They went that extra mile on their sellers behalf to sell houses.

From start to finish Allan and his Team were professional and provided excellent advice, service and communication at every step of the way. Unlike 'other' agents it truly felt as if they were personally dedicated to selling your property and not just another property on their books to sell and always had your interests at heart. Would recommend to others without hesitation.PositiveProfessionalism, Value
