GoogleAllan and the team made purchasing and selling our home a pleasant experience. They were accommodating and worked around our lives with two young kids when it came to viewings by their viewing agent. Selling even achieved above home report value with the well advertised and pictures taken. Provided recommendations for solicitors and surveyors they work with too. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again for future moves.

GoogleFabulous team at First for homes. The whole team are extremely supportive throughout Communication is very good through the whole process A fair price for selling your property. This team work really hard on selling your property from featured ads additional platforms and videos even on tik tok now my cats are famous lol. When there was a sticking point in the sale Joanne jumped right on this and checked up on everyone in the chain. For a smooth process did for more than my solicitor did. GoogleJust collected the keys for our new home this morning from Stacey, who has been exceptional in her contact with us throughout the process. I know its a Team effort behind the scenes and we appreciate all that was done to help us through buying a house again by Alan's Team. However, Stacey was our point of contact and kept us informed and advised us throughout on what should have been a straightforward purchase, if we hadn't muddied the waters at the start.....sorry Stacey. GoogleFor health reasons we decided to sell our property and search for a more suited bungalow type and in doing this I came into contact with April Sterling at FFH. As a result of that initial discussion we decided to commence the selling process with FFH. We had not been involved in the property market for 40 years so we were feeling slightly apprehensive. This feeling didn't last for long. From the initial valuation visit with Allan England right through the marketing process and on to the sale of our property we were given all the guidance and assurance we needed from Joanne and her very experienced team. Our visits to the FFH team were always refreshing and each and everyone of them, particularly Stacey, pulled out all the stops to ensure that our house sale was going to be a positive and stress free experience for us. They succeeded. We would certainly recommend FFH.

I instantly took a liking to Joanne’s professional but relaxed approach and she knows the market so well. I valued her advice and we had such a laugh in the process taking a bit of the stress out of the process. Same s true of Stacey in the office and April. What a wonderful, hard working team. The Team never faltered once.Both times our home was 'Sold' it only took a matter of a few days to find the buyer. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with. GoogleWould highly advise people to use a different company. I can’t believe how rude and arrogant the people are. There was one woman Stacey who was lovely to speak to however everyone else we spoke to were rude, calling me a liar for quoting the information they gave me, slaying the home we were selling, slating other companies and calling them liars and using the excuse they are losing a lot of money so giving unrealistic figures dispite the other companies all being around the same price just this company being a lot lower. And that is only a little part of the conversation.

GoogleThis was our first time using (First for Homes) Allan England’s team to buy our new home, they were fantastic. I’d give them six 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 . I dealt with ( April and Joanna ) . They guided us through the whole process brilliantly and made the experience as stress free as is possible in these situations. They were professional, efficient and very thorough. They made themselves very available and answered our queries promptly, patiently and in a way we could understand. We are incredibly grateful to them and cannot recommend them enough.. GoogleWe have used many different estate agents in the past, being quite happy with most. However we used Allan England’s First For Home’s earlier this year, as a friend recommended him. Are we glad that we did ? Yes we are. From the first visit to our home, Allan made a tremendous impression on us. His professionalism and support throughout the sale of our home cannot be emphasised sufficiently. Initially he spent time explaining his thoughts and made several suggestions, which we greatly appreciated, to help the sale of our house. From the first visit to the sale of our home, Allan couldn’t do enough. Indeed he made contact with a rather obstructive and unhelpful solicitor to arrange a viewing of the property that we were interested in, as the solicitor didn’t believe that we were truly interested. He or his team kept us updated re viewers and gave greatly appreciated feedback. In the past we have undertaken the viewings but this time, Allan suggested that he or his team undertake them. This was a specific reason as to why our home sold so quickly, and I cannot emphasise enough to anyone thinking of doing the viewings to think again. Please let Allan or his team do them for you. Once we had an offer, Allan again kept us fully updated, and went above and beyond, by making many calls to the previously mentioned solicitors to speed up the sale of their home and ours. We are so glad that we used Allan. Whilst the whole process is normally quite stressful, on this occasion it was even more so, but Allan’s constant support and practical help reduced it significantly. I am sure that all estate agents are as helpful as they need to be, however Allan and his team are truly passionate about providing superior service and went the extra mile. If you are thinking of moving home, call FIrst for Homes. You will not be disappointed.

I dealt with all of their staff at different times, both face to face and by telephone and they all were amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional in every way. I've now completed all sales and purchases and I'm sure I'll miss the chatty, fun phone calls I've had with the whole team.
