GoogleJust recently purchased my first house through McMillan and found the whole process as stress free as it could be! Cormac kept me informed during the whole process as soon as he heard any update either through email or a call. Any time I called into McMillan or rang up, any other member of staff was more than polite and helpful.

GoogleJim and the entire McMillian McClure team are simply put the very best at what they do. From start to finish they made the sale of an old family home as easeful as possible. Providing vast and proven knowledge of the local housing market, excellent photographers, a seamless viewing process, liaising with the purchasers solicitors and all with constant updates throughout. GoogleUsed McMillan McClure recently to sell a house of which I was executor. Very professional, friendly service throughout whole process. Very good communication which was greatly appreciated especially as I did not reside in Northern Ireland but in Scotland and there are differences between two countries when it comes to selling property. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone requiring the services of an estate agent. From initial enquiry right up to completion they guided through each step very efficiently without being intrusive.

We had two new build houses to sell and were impressed by their service, attention to detail and knowledge throughout the sales process. Good communication between all parties ensured a smooth conveyancing experience between vendor and purchaser. House was on sale with another agent for over 6 months, we had a few offers but the estate agents didnt seem bothered about our needs, seemed to want to sell to first offer. McMillan were very good, the house was sold within 1 week of putting on with them, and we got more than sale price. Laura was brilliant throughout the whole process :)

GoogleMcMillan/McClure are very friendly, dependable and were discreet in helping us sell our house. Delighted with the price they got us; from start to finish they took a lot of the stress out of the experience. Very good communication throughout and they use a transparent bidding system which updates you with all the developments as they occur via email. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, this is our third time selling and by far, the best estate agent I've dealt with.
