Laura worked with us to sell our home and provided exemplary customer service throughout; from the valuation appointment right through to completion. In property transactions, the greatest emotional stress is experienced by the person involved who knows the least. There are limits on what can be done to provide salient information, and Macmillan McClure did very well in this regard. Their own expertise was delivered in a timely fashion, neither too soon nor too late, and practical hiatuses were dealt with expeditiously. Communication between members of the team was full and precise - it pays, and builds the future of the firm. Finally, judgement about the price the seller might pay is hard to do, and yet a key part of the responsibility, sometimes within parameters determined by professional rivals. The judgement of this firm, in my experience, has been impeccable.
