GoogleWe found that McMillan Estate Agents were very professional, and responsive to any request or queries we had on the purchase of a property through them. The purchase covered the lock down period when their offices were closed, and direct communication restricted, but they still kept us informed from their home-working position. They were very clear about the parameters established by the vendor, so we were in no doubt of the terms we had to meet, to complete the purchase, and arrive at an equitable solution. GoogleI’ve just sold my house using McMillan and have been really impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, start to finish. The communication with myself was superb throughout and I never once had to contact them to find out what was happening. I was delighted when their marketing of my property led to it being sold in just over a week, and, even better, for £15k above the asking price ! A great experience all in all. Would highly recommend using this agent.
