GooglePeter on the team was unfair, oh wait very unfair. He never came back to us for a counter when a bidding match was ongoing but he just called and said the property is off the market. I'd also seeked extra information at every step as I repeatedly explained that we are not only first time buyers but also new to NI Country estates agents did not give us a fair chance to place our counter offer and that is extremely fishy. I'd recommend you to steer clear of them and wait to go via another agency even if you like the property

GoogleI had dealings with Country Estates through the purchase of a new property and found them extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with several members of their team, including Peter, Philip and Stephen, all of whom were great but found Sarah to be incredibly helpful and honest. She made a stressful situation much easier for me and was so efficient. I would have no reservations in recommending these agents.
