GoogleI had a really positive experience with Country Estates. I used them to sell my property and buy a new property which I can highly recommend. Despite their being challenges at times, they kept me informed, reassured and nothing was a hassle. It definitely took a lot of stress out of the process and a special shout out to Sarah who no doubt had to keep me calm at times but I always knew where I stood with things. Can't recommend their services highly enough :)

GoogleI made an offer of £148,000 on a property in early January. I was later advised that the vendor would be happy with £150,000, so I arranged a second viewing. After reassessing the property, I decided to maintain my original offer based on its condition. Shortly afterwards(30 minutes), I was informed that another offer had been made at £150,000 and then increased to £152,000. I increased my offer once to £151,000 but chose not to go any higher. Later that day, I was told my offer had been accepted, which I found unexpected given the earlier information. Due to concerns about how the process had unfolded, I decided not to proceed. I was subsequently told the property sold for £152,000. Overall, the experience felt unclear at times and left me uncertain about the transparency of the negotiation process.

We moved to NI after a long period abroad and Country Estates were Extremely helpful, first in finding us rented accommodation, then in connecting us with a mortgage advisor, and after this, in helping us buy a house of our own. Throughout, Becky and Scott in Galgorm were fantastically helpful, very attentive, trustworthy and professional. I cannot recommend CE highly enough. Buying a house is a key moment in life and Country Estates are professionals that you can rely on to go the extra mile. I absolutely recommend them!

We are two weeks into our dream home and I'm convinced it wouldn't have happened without the knowledge and guidance of the folks at country estates. We had two houses to sell and a purchase that were all handled through country estates. They've employ some of the most competent and hard working people I've had the pleasure to deal with. They are always a delight to talk to and have enormous amounts of experience which help guide through the process. They are constantly on the ball and proactively follow up with solicitors/buyers/sellers. We had a tough time with multiple complications due to external reasons and they helped us navigate each with aplomb to get a fantastic outcome for everyone involved. I'll be recommending the team at country estates to anyone looking to buy or sell properties.

FacebookCouldn't recommend Country estates more. Louden came and valued our house. It was nice and relaxed, we had a good chat we could tell he really knew his stuff, very knowledgeable. He then came back and took some brilliant, quality photos of the property for us. High praise for Lisa who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I mean she rang everyone she could to keep the whole thing going. We were selling our property to buy another house and without her I have no doubt it wouldn't have happened. She even phoned us on completion day while she was on annual leave to check in and make sure it went off without a hitch. Aaron we didn't haven't forgotten you and all the negotiating you done for us. Your communication skills were top notch. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you have done.❤️
