GoogleAs a landlord I have been using Oaktree Lettings to find tenants for my properties for the past 11 years. Marianne and Louise are both extremely knowledgeable, provide an excellent service and most importantly have always found good tenants for my properties. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleCompletely useless letting agency that whilst providing inspections (or viewings during our final days) had nothing but good words but as soon as we left decide to tell us what a ‘terrible state’ the property was left in and that they will be getting quote due to the damage. I would only advise going with these clowns if they really have a property you want!
Thank you for your comments. As a professional agent, we do not feel it is appropriate to discuss issues surrounding damages left at a property, however all deposits are and will be dealt with fairly via the DPS. Thank you

GoogleWe leased off oaktree for roughly 5 years and never once had an issue with them, whenever there was a problem they resolved it asap! Friendly staff that genuinely cared. Would highly recommend using them.

GoogleEven giving these people 1 star is generous!! These people expected the carpets to still be in a brand new state when I moved out of the house that I had lived in for 5 years with my 2 children. When u give these ur bond money you can wave goodbye to it because they will nit pick at absolutely everything in the property to keep it. I got a majority of mine back but this was due to the land lady selling the property but if I didn't get it back I would of took them court just on the principle of the fact, I didn't have anything to loose as they were going to keep near enough all of it anyway. This business is shocking and so are the people that work there!! I was disgusted how they treated us when we had been loyal tenants that had passed every inspection with general wear and tear over the years but as soon as I moved out said the house was a mess. I would definitely not recommend you to let out any property from these rude people but if you want to let ur property out with them then Yh go ahead coz they will make any excuse for you to keep all of your tenants money so u will be quids in. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with these scumbags anymore

GoogleI had been a tenant for 6 years with Oaktree and they were brilliant. Always dealt with issues promptly and helped whenever I needed it. At the end of the tenancy they were really helpful and returning the full deposit after my deep cleaning of the flat was a welcomed action. I can only recommend.

GoogleI let my property out through Oaktree for nearly 5 years. I always found them to be very friendly and professional. Their communication was always very good and their support in managing the property was great. They also helped deal with the issue of the house being left in poor condition by the tenants. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a letting agent.

GoogleOaktree Lettings provide an absolutely fantastic service. I am an overseas landlord and since Oaktree have taken over management of my property, I've found that I can blissfully forget about my property for the most part as they deal with all issues professionally and efficiently. Whenever there is a decision required by myself, Oaktree already provide at least one good suggestion on what to do.

GoogleDo you want to deal with a letting agent that will protect your rights as a tenant? Then avoid Oaktree at all costs. The rude Marianne, Liz and Louise are amongst the rudest people I have ever the unfortunate experience to encounter, and they will only look out for themselves and the landlord, never the tenant

GoogleEnquired about a property and was told it was unavailable (even though it is still advertised online). So I followed up my email to ask if they had anything similar and they replied "Hi. We don't I'm afraid." Not bothering to use my name, or find out about my budget and preferences. Unprofessional.
