I paid a holding deposit to Xenia Lettings and was repeatedly ignored when I requested a tenancy agreement or just a simple update. Despite calling, emailing, and messaging over a two-week period, I was left on “seen” or given false promises of callbacks that never happened.

Xenia promised to call me and give me a virtual viewing for a studio for the past week. I didn't get any calls and they want me to pay a holding deposit before even seeing where i will be staying which is absolutely crazy. Do not even come close to them.

GoogleAll in all a very good place for students,At the heart of the city , everything is close by.Rooms are great all equipments work fine,had read lot of negative review before arriving here ,so was a bit concerned. But surprisingly everything was great ,Do not see any reason to not recommend to Friends coming here apart from lot of false fire alarms. But we'll that's not in the control of staff there.

GoogleThey agreed to book a room for me (half year) and four days later, after I paid the deposit they told me I’m on the waiting list because my rent time is less than one year. What kind of apartment would ask deposit for waiting list??? Worst experience ever!
