We had Fiona sell our house back in early February this year. Due to the effects of Covid we had to put our house on the market twice as our first sale fell through only because our first buyer was vulnerable and in the sheilding category during the pandemic. Twice Fiona found us a buyer in Jig time which really did relieve the strain on us. She also gave us some great advice on the purchase of our new home. Fiona is driven, professional and I would 💯 recommend her services to any one selling their home.

Having just retired recently we wanted to be able to sell our house with as little hassle and stress as possible. Fiona has ensured that the process has been as smooth as possible throughout. Fiona's professional approach has given us complete confidence in her talents and quickly built our trust. We have sold houses before and the photographer took about 10 minutes and the results did not show our houses to their best. Jamie was very meticulous and took about 3 hours but the results were certainly worth it. The photos were highly professional and showed our house to its best. The booklet Fiona produced was superb. Given the COVID lockdown the housing market has only just emerged from lockdown. One of the issues was the price to set for the house. We had a figure in mind but Fiona patiently explained the better option of offers over a different figure. Her advice was spot on. We had so much interest and offers in the first 2 days Fiona recommended a closing date. We received 5 firm offers, all of them above the Home Report valuation and the highest bid was more than we could have hoped for. all in less than a week! We are delighted at the outcome. Another thing I would comment on is Fiona's communications. She responds immediately to questions and is more than happy to talk you through anything which might be an issue. We cannot thank her enough and I would strongly recommend her services to anybody thinking of selling their house. Fiona was also very happy to offer her advice on properties we might be interested in buying. You will be in very safe hands if you ask Fiona to sell your house for you.

Having never sold a property before I was a bit clueless about where to begin. I'm so grateful I stumbled across a post of someone else asking for estate agent recommendations to see Fiona recomended by several different people. My property was due to go on the market end of March but covid prevented that happening. Fiona kept in contact with me throughout lockdown keeping me in the loop about what she thought was best and providing reassurance at an uncertain time. She had everything set to go the moment restrictions where lifted. I was so impressed with my for sale sign, primarily advertising my property and not Fiona's business, beautiful brochures each viewer got to take away. Dealing with all viewings and enquiries and she does it all, no phoning an office for messages never to be returned etc. I think what makes Fiona different in the business is she is professional, hard working and most importantly has a good heart and wants the best for everyone involved. She felt more like a trusted friend than an estate agent. We really can't thank you enough!

Regardless of how stressed I was Fiona was calm, professional and consistent. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process....at all times of day and Fiona was always prompt and informative. After all my worry our house was sold within 3 weeks in January where they say it is a more difficult market.....apparently not for Fiona! Can't thank Fiona enough for making the whole process as smooth as possible for us, despite my anguish! Fiona and the team helped us sell our home last year, and it went to closing date after just 5 days and sold with multiple offers! The difference between Wrights and other estate agencies is that they focus on showing sellers and buyers what it “feels” like to live in the home through their marketing and their interactions. They take extra time and care to set up your property for all photos and brochures, and for viewings, light it properly, adding key pieces from their stock to highlight your home, and even lighting candles and setting tables/food out and bringing fresh flowers for display. They tell a story of how this home can be yours, as they personally lead you through it - and it captures your imagination. Couple this with a professional service from all of the team, a great online system for tracking all that’s going on with your property from viewings booked to offers received, and I’m never surprised when I see a sold sign on Wrights of Campsie signs - it’s just what they do! I would highly recommend using them.

After giving market advice on another property, it was clear that that Wright's was the right estate agent for the sale of our mother's flat. Fiona demonstrated a confident understanding of the market and directed us accordingly. Her team were ready at all times to answer questions, including out of hours through various channels.
