We’re sorry to find that you’re disappointed with our service. I'm aware that you and your partner have unsuccessfully applied for several of our properties, which must be very frustrating. Unfortunately, rental demand is very high just now, and we regularly receive dozens of applicants for a single property. Since only one applicant can be successful, the vast majority must be rejected. My recommendation is not to get too despondent and to make sure that you provide as much information as possible when you make an application for one of our properties.
