Hello, the contract good only for the Agency. They illegally process personal data and do not comply with the law : violation of DPA Data Protection Administration and mainly Art 170 DPA and that's why the Police is investigating .Officer Regulator ico. Has confirmed that R&G is in violation of GDPR UK data protection laws.Garry McNulty , GRAHAM, Roger Gordon are not responsible persons.The concern is that the whole business is insincere and other violations are possible : this is because the same person ran and continues in several cases to have been or is responsible for 9 companies and it is worrying that most were closed . These companies are associated with the same people and addresses .The agency sold personal information and hired third parties and another MQ Agency to conduct illegal evictions - the Police are also investigating this case.

Had no problems whilst renting here, rent always paid on time and comminication was good HOWEVER I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews on here for them and taken pictures when i moved in.... the place needed some basic cleaning, no issue didn't take me long however on leaving the property R and G have decided to deduct £160 from my deposit to clean a fridge, a hob and oven. So read the other reviews as well as mine and make your mind up, you'll see a pattern with this group, I'm not the first and won't be the last to be fleeced by them, don't let it happen to you, take photos when you move in and when you leave otherwise they will charge excessive fees. I didn't expect this at all given all previous dealings with them were fine so be warned, I don't appreciate having money pretty much stolen from me in this way, at the end of the day we are all human beings and deserve to be treated with respect. Again if the negative reviews on here are all similar and essentially from the same hymn sheet best remember there's no smoke without fire. Use at your own risk and take steps to ensure you are not mugged by them. I will of course take the matter further but that will require more of my time and energy so I hope this review along with the others on here written along the same lines will save others from experiencing this. To wipe the surfaces will take less than 15 minutes work so £160 is completely unjustifiable and disgraceful to say the least.
