The service I have received from R&G has been outstanding! Stephen came to the rescue on such short notice and provided us with the best help and advice we could have asked for. As first time buyers, we were absolutely clueless about the whole process, and with Stephen’s knowledge and friendly personality, we were made to feel so at ease and had confidence every step of the way. Originally I made contact with Maria to seek advice regarding tenanted property. Maria could not have been more helpful on our initial contact and during our follow up at the office. We agreed to sell early December 2024. Although not an ideal time to sell, the property sold within a few weeks. Unfortunately, due to an issue further down the chain this fell through. Both, Maria and Victoria were extremely reassuring at this point and they immediately went live again with the property. They managed to sell once again within 5 days. Everyone is a phone call away and nothing is troublesome for them. Victoria will keep you updated throughout regarding viewings and outcomes etc. So, if your looking to sell your home, rent, let or make enquiries regarding all financial matters then i would highly recommend choosing R & G. R&G Financial services are simply the best you could use. I have used them twice now to buy properties and sell my current flat. Both times, managed to get everything sorted in a week or two. Not only did the estate agent side sell our flat in under a week but we managed to get way over home report value for it. They made every part of the process easy and stress free from the very beginning.They even managed to refer us a solicitor. Andrew is amazing, I constantly refer him to family and friends and they also highly recommend, he couldnt of made us feel more secure and happy and was always very prompt (and for someone as busy as he is, we really valued that). Such a rare thing to find service such as this, that will genuinely work around your schedule and keep their word.The estate agents were wonderful, both with their experience, and kindness in working around our timeline. Massive shoutout to Pauline, Victoria and Maria. All of which, updated me every step of the way. My partner and I are over the moon with how things worked out and we both stated we will happily be using them if we ever need them again. Hello, the contract good only for the Agency. They illegally process personal data and do not comply with the law : violation of DPA Data Protection Administration and mainly Art 170 DPA and that's why the Police is investigating .Officer Regulator ico. Has confirmed that R&G is in violation of GDPR UK data protection laws.Garry McNulty , GRAHAM, Roger Gordon are not responsible persons.The concern is that the whole business is insincere and other violations are possible : this is because the same person ran and continues in several cases to have been or is responsible for 9 companies and it is worrying that most were closed . These companies are associated with the same people and addresses .The agency sold personal information and hired third parties and another MQ Agency to conduct illegal evictions - the Police are also investigating this case.
