GoogleSuperbly responsive. It was very busy the past year, but they were able to maintain the quality of their customer service, exceeding my expectation and past experiences. The quality of their adverts are excellent across all price range of properties. Dean did great photos of my house. Very helpful when I have questions about purchase even though the house in question was not advertise by them. They gave us the best rate across all agents we interviewed, and best valuation. GoogleWe have had excellent service from start to finish. Douglas Nicol came to our flat and gave us a realistic figure to advertise it. Professional photos were taken. Both Arlene and Gaye viewed our property too. Arlene, who looked after us throughout the selling process, was efficient and professional. She is lovely and friendly and put us at our ease. GoogleNicol Estate Agents in Newton Mearns- Selling a home with this estate agents was once again a very positive experience for me. Staff are reliable, friendly, supportive and above all, professional. There are regular updates from staff members via phone & email so you always know what is happening with your property. Marketing fee and % of sale price was also reasonable. Will definitely use Nicol again. Highly recommend.

Selling our mother's home was never going to be an easy or stress-free time, but all the staff made this so much easier than I expected. From organising the listing, to doing all of the viewings and dealing with the offers in the end. The whole team were super professional, helpful and friendly from start to finish. We felt the fee was very reasonable and there were no hidden extras. I really felt that they worked hard for their fee and did an excellent job going above and beyond.

GoogleWe recently sold our 2 bed flat in Clarkston through Nicol and I really can't say enough how great they were. We have a young family and to be honest they just made everything so easy we felt like our biggest worry was packing up the place and not dealing with all the stuff that comes selling a property. We got a lot of viewings and in the end our flat was sold in 10 days with plenty of notes of interest and some amazing offers. We had the fantastic support of Arlene and Laura in the new office at Clarkston Toll who were great at keeping us up to date and arranging viewings and feedback. A big thanks goes to Nicol's Estate Agent, Daniel, who got everything sorted at the beginning with regards to home report, spec and price- they all know the area well and were great advisors. If you are thinking of selling in the Southside or East Renfrewshire then I would definitely consider Nicol Estate Agents 😀

GoogleAt the outset our intention was to obtain valuations from three agents. We selected Nicol first on the basis of two things - the quality of their website and the rate they sold other properties in the area. After an initial discussion with Daniel Cohen we decided to look no further. It would be hard to fault the team on any level. First an excellent brochure was produced.The photographer was highly skilled and thorough, even returning to improve on poor outside images affected by recent light snowfall. Daniel drew up an excellent plan layout and sent a draft of the whole brochure for our approval before printing. Gaye and her colleagues provided excellent support throughout the viewing process, remaining in almost constant communication, always following up and promptly informing us of viewers' opinions and likely offers. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicol as agents, and indeed have already done so in response to an enquiry from a former neighbour. I could only wish that the agents we used in our ongoing purchase would emulate the Nicol standard.
