GoogleWe have used Nicol estate agents for 3 house sales recently .I can’t recommend them highly enough ,particularly Gaye who has dealt with every sale. Always excellent communication at every stage and more than willing to help out in any way they can .The whole team have made selling elderly families homes very smooth and easy at a difficult time. Every interaction was professional, caring. helpful and insightful. There was always someone to speak to in the office with time and support on offer throughout. Thank you Karen, Douglas, David, Dean, Ruth and Cindy who I had the pleasure of dealing with and a massive special thanks to Gaye who helped us enormously, arranged viewings carefully and proactively, shared her wealth of knowledge and advice and supported us throughout the journey, even with the hiccups of Mum’s purchase falling through unexpectedly, even offering details of other properties for sale, market considerations, care for Mum and communication with lawyers. This team provides more than the extra mile service. They are a delight to deal with, know the market, offer incredible support and advice and are a trusted listening ear. Despite how busy they are, you feel like their only customer as they clearly put their clients at the heart of what they do. It’s very clear to see and experience. GoogleFrom initial contact with Nicol, we have had a first class and professional experience. Douglas came out at first to meet us and advise on the sale of our home in Newton Mearns. His experience in our local market is very obvious and he called everything exact. A pleasure to deal with him. Gaye and her team were fantastic in keeping us informed and lining up our many viewers. It can be a stressful time and they certainly take the pressure off. We can't praise them highly enough and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone selling in Newton Mearns.

GoogleSelling the property was stress free with Nicol Estate Agent. They have a great knowledge of the housing market in the area and communication throughout the process was excellent and they gave advice when needed. The brochures were well done and photographs of the property were excellent. Once a date was set they hosted the viewings and we very soon had a closing date. Last but not least the fees were on the lower end of the competition we looked at.

Communication was excellent and always did as she said she would. The only other person we interacted with was Gaye when Cindy was on AL and we found her also to be really helpful. GoogleIt’s taken me 6 months since our move to get round to writing this, which isn’t great considering the EXCELLENT experience we had moving with Nicols. Arlene, Gaye and Daniel dealt with both our purchase and sale.. and the sale of other houses in our chain. Daniel lead with the initial visit to our house prior to putting it on the market and couldn’t have been anymore helpful and supportive. We were delighted with the quality of the marketing materials and virtual tour video. We had 35+ viewings which Arlene organised seamlessly for us, and even undertook some of the viewings on our behalf when we couldn’t. Gaye lead with our purchase and was happy to progress queries and contact between us and the vendor. Arlene gave me regular updates on how the sales chain was progressing and it was such a blessing to have Nicols as the lead contact for all the sales I felt quite sad not getting to chat with the team after the sales successfully concluded and keys were handed over. They became our friends during the whole process. And what a lovely touch receiving a bottle of wine and new home card! Thank you so much to everyone at Clarkston and Newton Mearns branches. You made what could have been a stressful experience, a very organised and straightforward success

GoogleRecently sold my house with Nicol Estate Agents and Arlene was absolutelly great. Lined up a raft of interested parties and ended up selling to the 2nd person to view the house. Arlene was always on hand, doing twice daily check ins with us to see how viewings and everything were going. Once house sold was also on hand to be 3rd party between ourselves and buyers which helped us organise the sale of a few other bits and bobs from around the house. Thanks for everything Arlene :D
