Daniel was great with the information provided and Gaye with her continous assistance pushing for the sale to happen. Would highly recommend to anyone as you'll be in expert hands with a human touch. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish from Douglas, Karen and their whole team. They are all friendly, thoroughly professional, upbeat and kept me informed throughout a fairly lengthy sale. I always felt the whole Nicol team were 100% dedicated to a positive outcome for me and I'm very pleased with the final result. GoogleI honestly cannot praise Nicol Estate Agents highly enough! Gaye was my appointed estate agent and she was incredibly proactive at every single step of the process. The whole team knew my property so there were never any gaps in service due to holidays etc. The best bit for me was the thoroughness right to the very end, doggedly chasing solicitors in the chain and really going that extra mile. If you are thinking of selling, Nicol take a lot of the stress and burden out of the process and I highly recommend them. They are a lovely team too.

The first was to sell our family home and during this process we couldn’t have been supported more, experiencing their professionalism, efficiency and approachability. The second occasion was to sell my mum’s home after she passed away. GoogleWe bought and sold with Nicol. I would highly recommend them. Daniel got my house on the market much faster than I could have imagined and it sold in a couple of days for a lot more than I expected. Gaye was superb during the selling of my house and kept me up to date and offered great advice. As a buyer they were also really good. There are a lot of estate agents out there, but really why bother going anywhere else. Nicol will sort you out.

GoogleI recently purchased my house through the Newton Mearns branch of Nicol estate agents and I have to say, I had an exceptional experience with them. From start to finish Daniel Cohen and the team were second to none. So professional, efficient and overall a joy to deal with. My only regret is not letting Daniel sell my own property. He went above and beyond for us at every step of the process which ultimately was all on behalf of the client who we was acting for. I wouldn't sell another property through anyone else other than Daniel and the team at Nicol estate agents. I sincerely thank them for all of their efforts. 10/10

GoogleSuch a professional and excellent service. The staff, particularly Cindy and Daniel, went above and beyond their remit and nothing was too much trouble to them. I was kept informed of every move and the follow-up of viewings and the pursuit of a sale was second to none. On the buying side their commitment to the purchase was invaluable. Overall I felt in very safe hands and would recommend Nicol to anyone, buying or selling. Their attention to the smallest detail is outstanding.

GoogleCannot recommend Nicol Estate agents enough and especially Daniel Cohen for his easy going, stress-free attitude I was happy to leave my home in his capable hands. To be able to say my house was up for sale and sold within 5 days is something unbelievable! I had no stress or worry with Nicol Estates taking over the photography, arranging appointments and having daily feedback from viewers that came. For it being my first home to sell, it was plain sailing! I was guided throughout and put all trust in their hands , and what a great decision it was! I'd HIGHLY recommend Daniel Cohen at Nicol Estate Agents! Id give more than 5 stars if I could! :-)

GoogleI can't praise Nicol Estate agents enough, and a special mention to Gaye in particular - she has been outstanding in her handling of our sale. Douglas has excellent knowledge of the local market and was spot on with his assessment of our house in terms of home report value and anticipated price (another larger agent were off the mark). We had 4 viewers before our house was on the market and was sold at closing date 4 days later with 3 offers. If you are considering using Nicol, I would have no hesitation in recommending them, for their professionalism, persistence, excellent communication and ultimately selling your house for a great price.

FacebookIf you are selling your home look no further than Nicol Estate Agents, the service we received from the whole team from start to finish was exceptional. Gaye and Daniel were fabulous, they provided a professional, friendly service and kept us informed at every step of the process. The team at Nicol made selling our home a completely stress free, easy process for us, which was so important as our daughter was just four months old at the time. Probably the most important thing to mention in a review for an estate agent is that the team at Nicol sold our city centre flat in 36 hours! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GooglePossibly one of the lesser known estate agents in this area but we were impressed with their service when selling our house. Brilliant personal interaction and they operate as a team. The photographs of our property were really good and they made up a great sales brochure. Our house is now sold but if we had to sell again we would use Nichol without doubt. A personal team who kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Thanks Nichol
