Dear Mr Blackwell, We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with service you received. I understand that a member of our team explained to you that the property was going to a closing date (under our clients’ instructions) and was not made aware of an offer before the call was ended by yourself. I understand that the team member has since called you to apologise, if you felt you were unable to explain that you wanted to make the offer. The client, who was made aware of this, has however since reiterated that they would not have been willing to take an offer and are firm on letting the property go to a closing date. They would be happy to receive instruction from your solicitor on an offer from yourselves on this date. Again we apologise and hope that you understand we were acting in our clients’ interest.
