GoogleCould not recommend the team at Nicols more. The team are so supportive, have excellent communication every step of the way and put you completely at ease. A special thank you to Arlene for all her help throughout the process, couldn’t have asked for a better service.

GoogleI can't recommend Nicol enough as they were absolutely brilliant in my recent house move. They managed everything without fault from the get-go. Arlene, in particular, was an absolute joy to work with and continuously provided expert advice, guidance and direction. During the process it felt more like talking to a friend than an estate agent, and I really appreciated the genuine insight and support Arlene provided. Arlene's professionalism was second to none and I felt confident and comfortable that the advice and recommendations given to me were in my best interests and ultimately got me and my family the outcome we were looking for. We'd definitely ask Nicol to sell our home again! Thanks so much!

GoogleOur conveyancing solicitor recommended Nicol Estate Agents for the sale of our late friend’s home. From start to finish the service was fantastic. Our principal contact was Arlene, but everyone we dealt with was so helpful. The whole experience was better and went more smoothly than we could ever have anticipated.

GoogleSelling a house is not a straightforward exercise as we recently discovered and without Arlene's support and guidance I very much doubt we would have achieved our goal. Always available to provide updates and chase where necessary and would highly recommend Nicol Estate Agents

GoogleI honestly can not recommend Nicol Estate Agents highly enough, their local knowledge as well as their profession and friendly service from start to finish truly sets them apart from their competitors. They provided an accurate value of our property, filling me with confidence they new the market, area and my property style well. Working closely with us to produce high quality professional photographs to show our property in the best light and happily adjusting text and images as directed with no complaint. We had a plethora of well qualified viewers and received detailed feedback for each in a timely manner and ultimately secured an extremely quick sale. Moving in the midst of a global pandemic is taxing even for seasoned purchasers like myself, however Daniel, Douglas and Arlene ensured our sale and purchase settled successfully. They kept in constant contact with all parties, alleviating many concerns and going above and beyond, even sourcing third party contractors to assist in our move. Thanks to Nicol, we not only secured a fantastic price on our home, but are now comfortably sitting in our new dream home. Thank you, we are ever so grateful.

GoogleI cannot praise Arlene and the staff at Nicol Estate Agents for their professional, friendly and very approachable attitude throughout my recent sale. From start to finish I was introduced to all of the staff dealing with my sale, I was very much involved in the pre sale of my property from the preparation of the schedule to the marketing of my property by Douglas and Karen, I was then kept up to date daily by Laura and Arlene on the interest in my property and also updated on feedback from potential purchasers, even at the weekends by Emma and the rest of the staff. Nothing was a problem. They are even now trying to source a further property for me to move into, they do not stop providing a service. I would highly recommend Nicol and would have no hesitation in recommending their most professional and friendly manner throughout my transaction to anyone. Many thanks from us all you really do go beyond the call of duty.
