This time Cindy Ross was our sales representative. From day 1 until last day of entry the whole process was very smooth. Cindy made the whole journey very easy. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicol Estate Agent in Clarkston and their team in selling my mothers flat in Giffnock - We selected Nicol after the purchasing of new flat for my mother went so well. If you are selling your home look no further than Nicol Estate Agents, the service we received from the whole team from start to finish was exceptional. Gaye and Daniel were fabulous, they provided a professional, friendly service and kept us informed at every step of the process. Choosing an estate agent is difficult as there is not much difference between them. My choice for Nicol Estate Agents was based on their high standard of communication both personal and speed of response. On the day of preparing the schedule l was introduced to Arlene, their Sales Consultant who would guide me through the sale of the property to date of entry. Arlene negotiated with potential buyers and when convenient would assist with viewings. Within 5 days Arlene had identified suitable buyers and checked that funding was in place to proceed to sale. I accepted an offer and thereafter Arlene chased up solicitors on both sides to insure my sale went smoothly and date of entry secured. The sale went through without a hitch thanks to the staff at Nicol. Highly recommend.
