GoogleI recently sold my flat with Gallus Sales and Lettings and I would highly reccommend to sell with Gallus! From the start they made the process so easy all the staff at Gallus are so friendly and helpful which made me feel really comfortable. They kept me updated every step of the way. The marketing was done so well and my property looked amazing. Gallus also done my viewings and were in regular contact with bookings. I have had such a positive experience using Gallus sales and lettings.

GoogleRented a Gallus managed property in Glasgow for a year and a half and have nothing but positives to say. The move in and out process was very smooth with little fuss. On the very few times there were any issues with the flat Matt was very responsive (one occasion emailing back instantly at 10pm) and had any issues sorted quickly. Would look to rent from Gallus again.

GoogleGallus took all of the pain out of getting my flat ready to rent and on the market. I think they're good on the tenant side too - rapidly forwarding requests/issues to me as necessary (and then dealing with the issue quickly). Several of the tradespeople who were doing work to the flat also commented on how different Gallus are to many of the letting agencies with bigger portfolios - actually taking the time to visit the flats and directly managing any work/certificates that are needed.

GoogleWe started using Gallus as our Letting Agent about a year ago, they have been both efficient and friendly. Matthew and the rest of the team were responsive and acted very quickly when we had a small plumbing problem in the rented flat. The whole process of payment of rent and having the relevant safety checks carried out on the property has been really smooth. GoogleMatthew, Andy and Jenna have been a huge help to me over the last few years. They fully managed my flat through multiple tenants and found a buyer for it. They took care of pretty much everything throughout, finding the tenants, carrying out maintenance, and setting up the sale. I can't recommend them highly enough!
