The house its self is pretty good. The issues is the amount of snagging and the avant customer service department being inadequate at offering help. From contractors showing up out the blue to going 4 month without replying to emails or phone calls.

After moving in the local Avant team have been really fantastic. A few things to resolve but in my experiences, they have been really helpful, quick to respond and always happy to assist and give you time.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
