Do not buy a property from these cowboys (Avant). For over four years I have being chasing them to get the snagging list done still waiting. So now I am taking the to the small claims court and I would advise anyone still having issues with the cowboys (Avant) to do the same.

Horrendous company, always cutting corners and don’t fix defects. We had 8 separate leaks in our property and even now 3 years down the line they haven’t fixed everything up. Avoid at all costs

Awful customer service. Lies throughout the whole process. If you want a new house in 2025 then with all means buy now with Avant and it might be ready, otherwise don't waste your time. Utter shambles.
