We rented a property from Arc Property for around 2 years. It was a very positive experience, the flat was well maintained when we moved in and the whole process of signing the lease etc. was very straightforward. During our tenancy any issues we had where dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend going with Arc as they are easy to work with and take pride in what they do.
