The way the agency is run is genuinely impressive everything is handled online, clearly laid out, and processed so promptly. GoogleWe (2 professionals and 1 cat) rented a house in Glasgow with Arc Property for over 2 years before moving to England. They were great throughout the process and addressed any issues very quickly and transparently. The interactions with them were very 'human' and they felt very approachable opposed to many other agents which tend to talk in corporate jargon without actually saying anything. Cheering for their success in future as the world needs more agents like them. Should we ever consider a buy-to-let in Glasgow area, we would definitely go with Arc Property as the managing agent.
We were always informed ahead of time when any visits or maintenance work would be scheduled and Arc were very respectful of our privacy and opinion on the times. Responses were always speedy (sometimes worryingly speedy - does Nick ever sleep?).
A special shoutout and thanks to Nick, Lisa and Annette for all the help and care shown to us.

I’m genuinely sad to be seeing him go, and can only thank him from the bottom of my heart for making my first time move ever one of the easiest experiences. It could have been stressful for me but he was always responding and answered any questions that I never needed to panic.
From my experience I would definitely trust Nick again with any future moves and would encourage people to work with him, not everyone is as patient and kind so I am grateful I had a letting agent who was.

GoogleI would like to take the time to express my complete trust and satisfaction in the way the Arc Property handled my tenancy from start to finish. From the offset Arc Property instructed organisations such as council tax etc of my moving in to the property allowing the council to contact me on moving in. At the beginning of the tenancy I encountered issues with the shower and boiler. The shower was fixed immediately and after some investigation regarding the boiler this too was investigated and replaced inside a week. The teams that were used to fit the shower and boiler were very professional and I didn't even need to be in the property when the boiler was replaced as I work long hours at times. I found the team at Arc Property, especially Nick to be very approachable and willing make arrangements to get keys etc when I was working long shifts. The property I lived in was clean and tidy on arrival and any issues I had as previously mentioned were quickly dealt with. I have worked as a support worker in a local homeless accommodation and know only too well the stress that can be caused having to deal with Landlords and letting agents. I have to say that Arc Property were a pleasure to deal with and that the only reason I left was to move in with my partner otherwise I would still be there. Well done Arc Property and cheers Nick.

GoogleThey are happy to leave me for the 2nd time without heating and hot water after saying theybwill come next day.
They put it as non priority once now in October and last year in the middle of December. Asked for rent reduction and after 3 months of asking they didn't give it to me. This is not acceptable I just asking for the basics for winter.
Everytime something breaks at home they take ages, had no permanent hot water in the kitchen for 3 years.
