GoogleNick has been managing my property for more than a year. I used to self-manage but wanted to leave it in the hands of a professional with reliable trade contacts etc.... I am lucky I did. Recently a leak from upstairs caused lots of damage. Nick talked me through the insurance process which was a minefield and handled the refurbishment so that I had no hassle at all. He is always easy to get hold of and quick to act. When I signed up with him he said he would look after my property as though it was one of his own. He's been true to his word. The tenants are very happy with him also. Highly recommended and much more personalised service than the high street operators...
