With having to sell property for an elderly relative having to go into a nursing home, I was at a loss to where I should begin & as the relative's existing solicitor made it so hard to get the process started, decided to try AC after being recommended by a friend. I started with an informal online chat which led them to arrange a visit of the property to discuss price & options & also visit this relative at care home, I cannot recommend & thank Aberdein Considine enough! All the team were exceptional in guiding me through the whole process which led to a very surprising quick sale!!

They guide you through the process, are on hand to answer any questions, no matter how silly they may seem, and the staff we dealt with were all very friendly.One constructive, minor, point to make is to perhaps ensure all documents are proof read with more accuracy before sharing with your clients - little details only and nothing critical, but something to perhaps improve on.Otherwise, keep up the good work Inverurie :)

All viewers were vetted as qualified and looking to buy, they were all high quality and the communciation from start to end was beyond excellent. From Matt coming out to view, to dealing with Jennifer, Rebecca and Sarah in the office, it was brilliant. You never felt you were bothering them, always a joy to speak to and my place went to sold at closing date in under 2 weeks, with great offers. Could not recommend Aberdein Considine more to people looking to sell their property.

GoogleI researched and spoke to several estate agencies for help selling my property in Glasgow and Aberdein Considine stood out the most. Their marketing fees were very competitive but it was also their professionalism and friendly approach that swayed me to go with them. Their care and attention in helping to get my property on the market has been great. Matt provided valuable advice on making improvements to the property which allowed us to achieve a home report valuation that we were happy with. The quality of the digital marketing materials has also been fantastic - we were particularly impressed with the video tour produced by the team. Jennifer took care of the marketing and selling side of things. Her communication throughout had been outstanding. I received regular updates on progress with viewings and generally how the property was doing in terms of interests. If I had more properties to sell in Glasgow I would definitely be using Aberdein Considine again! Great advice, great service, and great people to work with. Thank you.

From the beginning, Matt, the property valuer showed an excellent level of attention to detail for getting our flat viewing-ready. Both Jennifer and Rebecca from the branch organised a number of viewings and phoned and emailed regularly with updates to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, always friendly and engaging and I would highly recommend their services.
