We have been both buyers and sellers of properties through Knight Frank within the last 18 months and the experience from both perspectives has been exceptional. As a retired property solicitor I have held a somewhat cynical view of some estate agents but the Knight Frank team in Clifton have exceeded all expectations through their unfailing professionalism, courtesy and calm, considered advice throughout the process. The entire team there are a delight to deal with and they are completely on top of transactions providing helpful support but without unnecessary interference. I would strongly recommend this firm with no hesitation.

All purchases have up's and down's and it's frequently not what's expected that catches you out. Knight Frank, I assume like most other agents did the basics well. What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!
