GoogleWe purchased a home via AB very recently and Morgan and Lesley were brilliant in finding us the right home. It got to a stage where I saw Morgan more than my extended family but we persevered and moved into our dream home on Friday last week and we absolutely LOVE it I'd definitely go via AB for our next property if I was ever planning to move again.

GoogleI had checked out of the house and even after a month they did not came back to me with deposit. So frustrated and they did not even responded. Alison was the representative very irresponsible. Please avoid this agents for any purpose. If you for to raise any issue they simple escape not at all advised please avoid.
Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. This relates to our lettings department. We do not hold tenant deposits, they are held at safe deposit Scotland and any communications for deposit disputes would be between tenant and them. This is the the governing body for deposits. The deposit is for repairs to the property and unfortunately it is very difficult in these situations to keep all parties happy. The deposit is to protect the landlords property from damage. I do not know the circumstances surrounding your exact property however if you would be kind enough to contact me at the office to discuss further. Regards Alex McTurk

GoogleAlex sold my property in Smithstone (North Lanarkshire) back in Oct. I felt a little over whelmed with where to start in selling a property as this was all new to me. GoogleAB Property made selling my property very easy. Alex was very professional in valuing the property and explaining the sale process clearly. AB Property were an easy choice! The photos and “coming soon” video were great and I had loads of viewings set up straight away. GoogleCouldn't recommend AB more. We sold our house during quite a challenging time for the housing market and it went relatively quickly while other houses marketed by competitors in the area seemed to continue on the market. Everything was explained to us and we were kept up to date throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future

Alex and his team are dedicated to what they do 24/7 and are among the hardest workers I’ve seen. Selling and buying is one of the most stressful things someone can do, having years of experience of customer service I can say that all the stress is taken out of it. I was contacted and updated regularly, the presentation of my house was amazing, owing to their investment in upgrading their photography skill set and great advice.
